The Comprehensive Care Network site (the "Site") is owned and operated by Interactive Network for Continuing
Education (INCE). The purpose of the Site is to provide information about INCE continuing education programs
("Programs"), and to allow users to register to participate in such Programs. INCE is committed to protecting
your privacy and the confidentiality of your personally identifiable information (Personal Data).
Please note that visitors to the Site are not required to provide any Personal Data in order to browse Program content.
Personal Data Collection & Storage:
INCE collects Personal Data in order to register for and/or participate in Programs, by means of user registration.
During user registration certain Personal Data will be required in order to complete any Program registration/participation.
INCE maintains user databases that contain each user's Personal Data. Personal Data also includes records of the Programs
registered for and/or participated in by each user, as well as Program evaluation and assessment results.
Use of Personal Data:
INCE does not sell or offer to sell any Personal Data to any third parties for commercial purposes. INCE does, when required,
provide the minimum subset of information to those agencies that are responsible for accreditation and issuance of
certification of continuing education credit. By registering for and/or participating in any Program, you agree that INCE
has full permission to provide your Personal Data to the appropriate agencies.
In addition, by registering for and/or participating in any Program, you agree that INCE has full permission to send you
future communications about various products or services, unless indicated to the contrary.
INCE aggregates Personal Data to form anonymous demographic research ("Research"). Research is compiled and analyzed in
order to assess current preferences and interests of users, as a means to improve future educational offerings.
All Personal Data contained in INCE databases is treated as confidential and will be used only for the purposes stated
in this policy, except where required by law.
