The following Terms of Use (the "Terms") dictate the way in which you may use the Comprehensive Care Network site
(http://care.ince.com), and all associated sites ("Sites") created and maintained by Interactive Network for
Continuing Education (INCE). By using these Sites you consent to enter into an agreement with INCE related to the
Terms that follow.
Modification of the Terms:
INCE reserves the right to update the Terms at any time. By continuing to use the Sites you agree to and accept any changes in the most current Terms.
The most current Terms can always be found by clicking the Terms of Use link at the bottom of INCE Sites.
Your Access to Content:
INCE Sites are intended to be accessed by physicians, allied healthcare professionals, affiliates of medical/academic
institutions, and professional organization members. The content of the Sites is intended for individuals over the age of 18
years or older. By accessing the Sites you acknowledge that you are at least the age of 18 years old.
In addition, there are two forms of content on Sites; (a) public information and (b) user-only information. Public information
refers to any content that can be freely accessed without signing up or in as a registered user. User-only information, such as
downloadable course materials, is restricted to registered users of Sites. At any time INCE, reserves the right to modify or
terminate a user's status and access to user-only content.

All information on the Sites is either owned by INCE or our partners. The contents and design of the Sites are protected under
US and international copyright laws. You may view, download, and print our materials solely for personal use related to your our knowledge.
You must not remove any copyright notices from our materials. We reserve all our other rights.
Specifically you may not, without prior written permission: sell, rewrite, modify, redistribute, repost on the internet, or use any content or materal for any commercial purposes.
